Offerings include:

• Adaptive Leadership Coaching
  A reflective, generative space for leaders and organizations navigating complexity: transitions, thresholds and everything in-between. It is a practice ground for inquiry, unlearning, and transformation. Inquiry as space to pause, reflect and listen. Unlearning as space to be vulnerable, brave and open to change. Transformation as space for radical imagination and adaptation. Expect creative provocations, practical frameworks, and honest dialogue as we practice and prototype ways of working to strengthen internal alignment between vision/values and actions while attuning to systems, relationships, and emergent patterns. We will build our capacity for transformation by zooming in and out across dimensions - between self and system, past and future.
